This month's subject is color...but NOT just color. We want to see you create something special color-wise. Something your camera did not see. Something you saw in the photo and created in post processing.
There are a lot of ways color can be used:
1. Selective color...create a black and white or other monochrome photo with just a touch of color...blue eyes, a child's red jacket, whatever you choose, but make most of the image monochrome.
2. Play with the different color modes in your photo editing software. Create a duotone, or make a monochrome using something other than black & white or sepia.
You can post a colorful image... Can be of one color, 2 colors or MANY colors. You do not need any photo editing programs to join in.

This challenge is limited only by your imagination so get out there and IMAGINE COLOR!

It's perfect,Sherrie, no rules, just your interpretation of color. I hope everyone else understands they can post colorful images too. ANYTHING that represents COLOR!
Hi, Marie! I think this is a great idea. I hope my photo makes sense...the little playing with color made a big difference in my photo...took me a few attempts to post it since my original photo was too large...I reduced it to websize and it worked! Thanks or doing this. I love your photo challenges...it's a great way for me to experiment or keep inspired about my photos and also see what others are up to here in Photo blog land!

this was a fun challenge...i had just dabbled with this dandelion so i used it for the challenge....i actually didn't it in several colours...but when i saw all the blues...thought i'd keep it the same.
